I Downloaded The App And Currently Haven’t Bought Any Course Or Item From The Market. Can I Still Interact With The App?
Yes! Our Entrepreneurship Course is completely FREE, and anyone can enroll. Better yet, we also give out free market items every now and then to keep our icons engaged, so keep an eye out for that as well.

Are The Courses Taught By Real Trainers?
Absolutely! The classes are lectured by knowledgeable trainers with years of expertise. At MarkMe Icons, we vet every trainer to make sure that not only are they qualified to train, but their course material is relevant and non-plagiarized.

I Purchased And Ongoing Course. Can I Still Access Course Material That I Missed?
Definitely! You have 100% access to all prior course material regardless of when you join an ongoing course.

Is there a way to preview a course?

Is MarkMe an accredited institution?

We are mainly a freelance education platform, we are not bringing universities or colleges to your phone. Our intention is to connect you with experienced and skilled trainers whether they are school lecturers or not.

What if I don't like a course I purchased?

At the moment our technology doesn't allow course shifting after purchase. This feature is still in development. Kindly make your course purchases with certainty until we introduce this feature.

Do I have to start my course at a certain time?

Whenever there is a time frame for joining a course we will communicate it through our Ad Board on the Home Page of our App. You can also fill out our help centre form with this inquiry. We will notify you of our course timelines
